On the production management of hazardous chemicals

The factory where I work produces anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, which is a highly toxic and corrosive substance and classified as a hazardous chemical. Since it’s a new factory, the employees are very fearful. How can we ensure proper production and storage management? I wonder what everyone does?
