Previously, the boss posted a message in the company group, saying roughly that good employees should be able to work at the level required to earn 9,000 yuan worth of output while being paid 3,000 yuan; but is there really anyone willing to work more for less pay? We’re all adults now, all of us have to make a living. If you want me to work hard for you, shouldn’t you give me proper compensation? Pies don’t fall from the sky, and there’s no such thing as free labor.

Hehe, this boss must have been drunk when he said that;P As for the criteria for judging this issue, there’s no need to take it seriously – one should decide for themselves what’s right. Before you leave the company, there should be a balance between the employer and the employee. If there is a imbalance that becomes unbearable for you, it means the boss no longer needs you. Challenging them is useless. If you’re needed, you need to have an explanation to maintain balance. It’s best to remove this topic, so as not to disrupt the current balance, which would be bad for everyone. After all, it’s a request, not a requirement; it’s just a matter of awareness. There’s no need to get into arguments over this, what do you think?:)
Changing jobs again, with a contract in hand – there are so many underlying implications; maybe it’s because I’ve been outside for too long and have too many concerns
Looking at the new contract, one dares not sign it, or hesitates over a better one; sometimes being honest and straightforward isn’t a good thing
Well, how should I put it? It depends on your mindset! Either adapt or leave; if there’s something better, then go. If not, maintain a positive attitude, endure everything, and work hard and diligently.
