Is anyone working overtime on Saturday?

Just before quitting work yesterday, I was suddenly told that I had to work overtime today, supposedly to assist with the debugging process. I just laughed at that – after all, there are only a few people involved in the debugging, yet everyone was expected to work overtime and sit in the office doing nothing. Moreover, those who go to the site for debugging get overtime pay, while we get nothing and still have to accompany them.
Understanding is the best; no overtime today, working tomorrow

Here we call it \"extraordinary conditions\" – there are no overtime payments.
Overtime; not working overtime counts as time off. The same.
