The battery should be replaced after 4 years of use.

The battery is no longer usable; it wasn’t maintained while in use. Discharging it regularly is necessary to extend its lifespan. Generally, batteries should be replaced after three years of use

It’s similar to our company’s situation: after using them for 4 years without any replacements, the device can only keep working for about 10 minutes in case of a power outage; in such cases, it’s sufficient to replace the battery
We need to pay attention to this issue in the future as well, and replace the battery on a regular basis.
It’s time to replace the battery. The battery can be replaced by oneself – just open the chassis to do so; it’s very simple. Usually, 2–4 maintenance-free batteries of 12V7AH are used
The battery has aged, and its capacity has decreased significantly. UPS systems generally use maintenance-free sealed lead-acid batteries; when replacing them, make sure the voltage and capacity are the same.
When the external power supply to the UPS is cut off or there is a fault with it, the UPS itself will issue an alarm. In fact, a UPS battery that is 4 years old doesn’t necessarily need to be replaced. Tests can be conducted to eliminate those that fail.
