(hereinafter referred to as “Radio and Television Metrology”), went public on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock abbreviation: Radio and Television Metrology; stock code: 002967). The issue price was 7.43 yuan per share, with a total amount of funds raised amounting to 614.2381 million yuan. As one of the state-owned metrology and testing institutions in China that was among the first to carry out market-oriented reforms, Guangdian Metrology has now successfully entered the A-share market. It becomes the third A-share listed company developed by Guangzhou Radio Group, following Guangdian Yuntong (002152) and HaiGe Communication (002465). It is also the first company from Guangzhou’s state-owned assets sector to go public in 2019. As a national, comprehensive independent third-party testing and inspection service provider, Guangdian Metrology’s main business activities include metrology services, testing services, and the development of testing equipment.
