It’s time to gain weight again

I thought eating at the company cafeteria would help me lose weight, but I ended up gaining weight instead; I need to make losing weight a priority.
By not eating in the cafeteria, I lost weight pretty quickly. Before, I had three meals a day at the office cafeteria, where the food contained a lot of oil – the chefs used lard to make the dishes more flavorful, and there was an excessive amount of oil in them. In less than a month, I lost 10 pounds without trying to lose weight on purpose. Now my weight has stabilized at that level; it’s clear that one shouldn’t eat at the cafeteria all the time
This happens when one maintains a regular schedule. Control the balance of heat intake and output in the body; if that doesn’t work, stay more active.
There’s a lot of oil in it; even the soup has a layer of oil on top of it
Our canteen is willing to use plenty of meat; although it’s not as much as half a bowl of vegetables and half a bowl of meat before, there’s still at least one-third of that amount
It’s great to be fair and plump; being thin is a sign of illness. :lol
Eating is an expression of appreciation for a good life; however, there should be no excessive praise. Exercising more is the way to go
