For example: between those with a high level of education and those with experience, which one should be chosen? For many companies, the top priority is candidates with high educational qualifications and under 45 years of age, which results in people over 45 having difficulty finding jobs; I belong to this latter group.
There are many factors, and it also depends on the type of contract; here, when signing a project contract, age is not taken into consideration. The market conditions are still too good at the moment; many projects are underway simultaneously, which has led to a shortage of manpower.
Piping engineers have always been regarded by many as the most hardworking and exhausting. . The salary is low, the work involves no technical skills, and it’s the first to be cut in layoffs. . . Many people have changed careers. . New graduates can be hired and trained for a few years. .
A few years ago, I would get a response pretty quickly after submitting my resume, but now it’s as if my resume disappears without a trace – no response at all. It’s heartbreaking.

In fact, in design institutes, various specialties generally solve problems by referring to manuals and standards. . Most design institutes only handle the engineering work and create drawings; the process packages or technical details still have to be provided by the client.
