Templates for the construction and renovation of internal networks using “5G + industrial Internet” will be provided to small and medium-sized enterprises, along with application consultation services and training programs, thereby improving the capabilities of these public service platforms. (II) Selection of 10 key industries for “5G + industrial Internet” Development: Based on the principles of relatively widespread application, high degree of integration, significant impact on the industry, and presence in the upstream and midstream stages of the industrial chain, 10 key industries have been identified. Enhancing the capacity to supply resources for “5G + industrial internet” (1) Establishing a project database for “5G + industrial internet” A reporting mechanism for “5G + industrial internet” projects will be developed through various channels, including local industry and information technology authorities, telecommunications regulatory bodies, industrial internet industry alliances, and basic telecommunications companies. High-quality projects will be selected and included in this database, so as to gain a comprehensive understanding of the actual needs and progress related to the development of “5G + industrial internet” in China; the database will be updated on an ongoing basis. (II) Cultivating suppliers of “5G + industrial internet” solutions: Through initiatives such as the Industrial Internet Innovation and Development Project, pilot projects for the industrial internet, and **new-type industrialization demonstration bases (in the field of industrial internet), support is provided to basic telecommunications companies, communication equipment manufacturers, and industrial enterprises to leverage their respective strengths and expertise in order to expand their services related to the construction and renovation of industrial internet internal networks. This approach aims to foster a group of solution providers who have knowledge both of 5G and of industrial applications. (III) Establish a supply resource pool for “5G + industrial internet”: Select high-quality service providers of various types for “5G + industrial internet”, create a supply resource pool, and make it available to the public. Leveraging industry organizations such as the Industrial Internet Industry Alliance and the 5G Application Industry Cluster, efforts are made to foster practical cooperation between supply and demand sides in the construction and transformation of internal networks for “5G + Industrial Internet”. V. Strengthening publicity, guidance, and experience sharing (1) Enhancing publicity and guidance: Focus on the construction, transformation, and application of industrial Internet internal networks. Encourage the holding of various activities such as seminars on \"5G + Industrial Internet\", exchange meetings, and industry summits. Promote and showcase the significant value and typical cases of constructing and transforming industrial Internet internal networks using 5G, so as to further build consensus among all parties and create a favorable environment. (II) Conduct experience summarization and dissemination to guide local areas in formulating implementation plans for utilizing 5G technology to build and upgrade industrial Internet internal networks, thereby improving the development level of 5G and industrial Internet in those areas and creating innovative application models with regional characteristics. It guides the Industrial Internet Industry Alliance and the 5G Application Industry Consortium in compiling and releasing the \"White Paper on the Integrated Development of 5G and the Industrial Internet\", a collection of case studies on the construction and transformation of internal networks for \"5G + Industrial Internet\", as well as annual reports, in order to identify pathways and models that suit the actual needs of China’s industrial development.
