Job responsibilities: 1. Production planning coordination: Coordinate with other departments to allocate resources such as raw materials, equipment, and tools in a manner that meets production needs； 1. Implement the production processes of each production team, ensure that production plans are met, provide timely feedback on completion status, and address any issues that arise; 2. Production process execution: Assess the performance of each team’s work, analyze any deviations from the prescribed processes or parameters, propose corrective actions, identify and analyze potential problems, suggest preventive measures, and monitor the effectiveness of these improvements; 3. Production cost management: Regulate manufacturing costs during the production process in accordance with the established budget; 4. Workshop management: Apply workshop management standards to maintain an optimal working environment; 5. Manage daily production affairs, and provide guidance and training to workshop supervisors to help them carry out their duties effectively ； Formulate and improve the workshop’s rules and regulations, and supervise their implementation. Qualifications: 1. Age: 35–45 years old. 2. Educational requirement: A junior college degree or above; proficiency in English is preferred. 3.
