Using methanol as a raw material, ethylene and propylene are produced through the Methanol to Olefins (MTO) process, from which downstream derivatives are manufactured, including ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA), ethylene oxide and its derivatives, acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate (MMA), butadiene, and superabsorbent resins (SAP). The first phase of the facility has been completed and put into operation, while projects such as the expansion of the acrylonitrile production capacity and the propylene production via propane dehydrogenation (PDH) are currently under construction. Participate in formulating the overall project control plan ； 2. Responsible for collecting and compiling various project schedules and statistical tables on the implementation of project contracts ； 3. Participate in the preparation of project level 1 and level 2 schedule plans ； 4. Organize the preparation of project level 3 and level 4 schedules and supervise their implementation ； 5. Prepare and issue monthly, quarterly, and annual project schedules ； 6. Responsible for supervising and checking the progress of design, procurement, and construction tasks, coordinating the allocation of project resources to ensure the comprehensive implementation of the project plan ； 7. Organize the preparation of weekly/monthly report materials for the Shenghong Petrochemical construction project ； 8. Other tasks assigned by the leadership. Qualifications: 1. A junior college degree or above in project management or chemical engineering-related fields ； 2. More than five years of experience in project management, with at least three years of experience in petrochemical project management ； 3. Be familiar with all current local norms and regulations, as well as the standards and guidelines related to project construction management; be able to effectively manage project quality, ensure timely progress, and control project costs ； 4. Familiar with P6 or Project project management software ； 5. Strong work ethic with excellent execution ability.
