Responsible for drafting the technical specifications related to process pipelines in engineering contracts, as well as determining the mandatory standard requirements for pipeline construction ； 2. Be familiar with the contract terms and design drawing requirements, and carry out quality management of on-site construction in accordance with the contract, design drawings, and regulatory specifications ； 3. Check whether there are any deviations between the on-site construction progress and the planned schedule, and analyze the causes of these deviations ； 4. Assist in reviewing the supervision details specific to the installation work prepared by the supervision unit, and supervise and ensure that the supervision unit carries out these details during the construction process ； 5. Coordinate various issues between the construction unit and external parties, conduct daily inspections at the site to check the progress of work, quality standards, the arrival of materials, as well as carry out inspections and verifications, and keep a construction log ； 6. Depending on the arrival status of the materials, supervise the supervision unit and the construction unit to carry out the inspection and acceptance procedures for the materials that have arrived, in order to prevent substandard materials from entering the site ； 7. Inspect the construction unit’s management of electrode drying, storage, distribution, and recycling, with particular emphasis on overseeing the use of special welding materials ； 8. Regarding the issues identified during the inspection, urge the construction unit to complete the rectifications within the specified time frame, and check whether the rectifications meet the required standards ； 13. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for this specialty, providing updates on on-site progress on a weekly/monthly basis as well as issues that require coordination to be resolved. Qualifications: 1. A diploma or higher in a related field such as chemical engineering ； 2. More than five years of experience in project management, with at least three years of experience in petrochemical project management ； 3. Familiar with all current local regulations and standards, as well as the relevant norms and guidelines for project construction management; capable of effectively managing project quality, ensuring timely progress, and controlling project costs ； 4.
