Recently, my diesel system produced some catalyst; I was wondering if anyone knows what could be the cause of this
1. The amount of slurry reflux returning to the tower is too low. 2. The amount of recycled oil returning to the tower is too low. 3. The intermediate-stage reflux leads to excessive evacuation. 4. There are trays that have been overturned; in short, it is due to a deterioration in the washing effect.
Agree with what was said above. The key issue is that the amount of slurry returning to the tower is too small, or there is a sudden surge of slurry into the tower.

The amount of slurry that returns to the tower serves to flush out the catalyst carried by the superheated oil and gas; if this amount is too small, some of the catalyst will be carried by the oil and gas to the upper trays of the tower, which not only leads to tray blockage but also affects the quality of the product.
