Which organizations are promising career prospects for students majoring in oil and gas storage and transportation?
Go to foreign-funded or joint-venture companies; try to avoid state-owned enterprises, and it’s best to steer clear of private companies as well.

In terms of employment opportunities, the storage and transportation field is primarily related to the oil and gas industry, such as CNPC, Sinopec, local gas companies in various provinces and cities, as well as design institutes； In terms of benefits, the major design institutes are better ；
Going to construction companies or pipeline operation firms – no chance at all, no matter how hard you work in design firms
I personally think it’s better to go to the construction company first and then to the design institute

In today’s oil industry, CNPC’s pipeline management department, Sinopec’s refineries, and CNOOC are all excellent. Treatment isn’t the main issue; once one reaches a certain level, there will naturally be substantial material incentives. Design institutes are quite demanding, but they offer a wide range of knowledge areas; they are a good choice for those who want to continue learning at a professional level, although working there means having the least amount of free time. Those working in storage and transportation, whether in oil fields or elsewhere, enjoy good conditions these days, especially for college graduates who have just started working there.
In my opinion: foreign companies are the best choice! Among domestic options, CNPC is the preferred choice, especially for those working in oil fields!!! If that doesn’t work, one can consider working in a design institute (where seniority often plays a role, and the path to advancement is relatively long).
