Since the magnetic flip column is a cylinder composed of two red and white semi-cylinders, the color will change after turning 180° toward the outside of the flip column display. The junction of the two colors is the height of the liquid level. Magnetic float adjustment The magnetic flap level gauge was adjusted normally. After it was put into use, it was found that the float was "stuck" at a certain position for a period of time. This is mainly caused by the fact that the liquid level gauge is too close to the steel plate when it is installed through the steel platform. Therefore, when installing through a steel platform, special attention must be paid to the distance between the wall of the liquid level gauge connecting pipe and the cutting edge of the platform. According to on-site experience, this spacing of about 100mm can ensure no impact on the magnetic float. Magnetic flap liquid level gauges often have failures during practical application, and the causes of these failures are varied. Some are caused by the failure of a single component, and some are caused by the failure of multiple components at the same time. Below, the common faults and causes of the magnetic flap liquid level meter in the application process are analyzed as follows: Fault 1. Analysis of the reasons for abnormal local display of normal remote transmission: Generally speaking, there are many reasons for this kind of fault, and the following are the more common reasons: 1. Welding of the resistance. 2. The pressure exceeds the rated value, causing damage to the switch. 3. The domestic glass tube reed switch is fragile and the reed switch is short-circuited or open-circuited, causing abnormalities in the remote transmission. 4. When the medium temperature is too high, the metal sheet expands due to heat. Because the gap between the metal contacts of the reed switch is small, it is easy to close. Fault 2. Neither the remote transmission nor the magnetic flap level gauge moves. This fault phenomenon is usually caused by the abnormality of the float, which mainly has the following two manifestations: 1. The display panel indicates incorrectly due to damage to the float. The reasons for the damage to the float in the magnetic flap level gauge usually include the following: 1. The strength of the float is incorrectly designed, causing it to sag inwards and become deflated when it is subjected to pressure. 2. The welding joint is not penetrated or has leakage, causing the weld to crack when the float is under pressure and water to enter the float. 3. The float cannot be used normally due to demagnetization due to long-term use or long-term use at high temperatures. 4. Because the magnet in the float is loose, the float cannot work normally. Fault 3. The float in the magnetic level gauge is stuck due to inaccurate indication on the display panel due to the float being stuck. The common reasons are as follows: 1. The ambient temperature is too low and the float cannot move normally due to the freezing of the medium. 2. The installation angle of the float is less than 87 degrees. Due to the tilt of the float, the up and down movement of the float is affected. 3. The float absorbs iron filings or other dirt due to its own magnetism, causing the float to be stuck and unable to move normally. 4. Due to loose sealing, the float is stuck by the infiltrated impurities, causing the float to be unable to rise or fall. The so-called finding the cause of the fault of the magnetic flap liquid level gauge will solve half of the problem.
