After two years at work, I’ve become more cautious; everyone shares their opinions
It’s not that I’ve become less brave; it’s just that there are more things to consider. With more experience, one starts to think more carefully; only by thinking comprehensively can some mistakes be avoided.
There’s a saying that goes, \"The ignorant are fearless...\" Only by seeing more and learning more over time does one realize just how serious the consequences of a small mistake can be; only then does one start to feel fear and become more cautious.
Two years of work is just the beginning; it’s pointless to discuss this issue. As one works for a longer period of time, some people approach design work in a more scientific manner and consider things more comprehensively. Such people can be described as cautious and knowledgeable. Others manage to get by over the years without really understanding the underlying principles, assuming that being conservative is better; this has an adverse effect on younger designers, which is a pity for our design industry

It can be said that I’m becoming more experienced and mature
The longer wine is aged, the more flavorful it becomes; I think the same is true for pressure vessel designers – the more experience they gain over time, the more valuable they become!
It’s not cowardice; it’s just that more careful consideration is given to the relevant factors.
