When watching TV, do people change channels as soon as ads start playing?
If the interrupted program is interesting, people usually wait for a while. In fact, it’s not just advertisements that change channels; news programs that are repeated multiple times also change channels

The right thing to do is to interrupt the ads for the programs you’re interested in and absolutely refuse to buy them! The more aggressive the advertising, the less people are likely to buy it. Let’s see if they’ll still make such aggressive ads in the future !
When I was a child, I would want to curse at advertisements; as I grew up, there were more programs available, but they lacked depth. I still preferred to watch advertisements. In middle age, these advertisements are not only lacking in substance but also false, so I simply end up watching cartoons with my children
