May I ask, what are the four key components in urea synthesis? How much is it per piece approximately?
The four key components are intended for urea production plants using the CO2 stripping method; they refer to the CO2 stripping tower, high-pressure ammonium methane condenser, synthesis tower, and high-pressure ammonium methane scrubber. The price? Check the size of your device!
The four key components of a urea production plant are as follows: (taking a 520,000-ton urea production plant as an example) 1. Urea synthesis tower – approximately 12 million yuan; 2. CO2 stripping tower – approximately 5.5 million yuan; 3. High-pressure ammonium methane condenser – approximately 4 million yuan; 4. High-pressure ammonium methane scrubber – approximately 3.5 million yuan. This post was last edited by ymtuegj12 on 2009-2-6 at 14:26
The price definitely won’t be this low; it’s probably twice the price mentioned upstairs
A set of CO2 compressors along with turbines is extremely expensive, accounting for 17-18% of the total investment in urea production; I think this is the most costly component. The power source – energy consumption is the biggest issue in the chemical industry. This post was last edited by ymtuegj12 on 2009-2-6 14:27.]
I’m sorry to point this out, but isn’t the price of the CO2 stripping tower a bit too low? It should be at least over 10 million yuan. As for the urea synthesis tower, it can’t be more expensive than the CO2 stripping tower, right? Hehe!
I agree. But currently, in China, the production of these four key components is basically monopolized by Dalian Jinzhong. It’s difficult for other manufacturing enterprises to get involved in this
Our stripping tower costs twice as much as a synthesis tower
Synthesis tower: 5000W, Condenser: 6000W, Stripping tower: 3500W, Scrubber: 1000W
