Requirements for Instrumentation Engineers: A degree in instrumentation or automatic control, with at least 5 years of work experience in a design firm. Requirements for Structural Engineers: A degree in industrial or civil engineering or civil construction, along with a certificate as a first-class structural engineer or an architect, plus at least 5 years of work experience in a design firm. Requirements for Water Supply and Drainage Engineers: A degree in water supply and drainage or a related field, along with a certified qualification as a water supply and drainage engineer, and at least 5 years of work experience in a design firm.
