Is tofu considered an early form of artificial meat? This is the fruit of the great wisdom of our ancestors!
The key is how to define the standard for “meat”. If the defining criterion is protein, then it counts. It is said that key proteins are divided into animal/vegetable proteins; do you think they should be included?:)
Just as is said in the skits of DeYun Society, the person who first drank milk did something significant for dairy cows; those who invented soy milk also made a great contribution – it was a wonderful advancement in both cases
