I. Job Responsibilities: Participate in various safety production inspections, hazard investigations, and the acceptance processes for rectifying major hazards organized by the District Emergency Management Bureau； It provides technical support for **, departments, and enterprises in areas such as the identification and resolution of safety hazards, daily supervision, publicity and training, technological advancement, on-site inspections, accident investigation and handling, and emergency rescue ； Participate in special investigations into major safety issues in industrial and trade enterprises as well as enterprises engaged in the production and handling of hazardous chemicals, provide technical consulting, engage in academic exchanges, and conduct research on important topics ； Provide decision-making support for fire prevention and control, typhoon and flood prevention, as well as disaster prevention and mitigation in the district; carry out other tasks assigned by the district’s Emergency Management Bureau. III. Recruitment Process: Applications for this recruitment are accepted online only; there are no on-site application centers. Compensation and Benefits (1) Compensation Levels: For the position of expert based in Luojiang District responsible for work safety and emergency management, an annual salary system is implemented on a trial basis; the annual compensation consists of a basic salary and a performance-based bonus. The basic salary for an intermediate engineer is 8,000 yuan per month, paid on a monthly basis ； The performance-based salary is 4,500 yuan per month, of which 2,000 yuan is paid based on the monthly performance assessment, while the remaining amount is paid in the first quarter of the following year based on the annual performance assessment. The basic salary for an associate senior engineer is 11,000 yuan per month, paid on a monthly basis ； The performance-based salary is 6,000 yuan per month, of which 3,000 yuan is paid based on the monthly performance evaluation, while the remaining amount is paid in the first quarter of the following year based on the annual performance evaluation. The basic salary for a senior engineer is 15,000 yuan per month, paid on a monthly basis ； The performance-based salary is 6,500 yuan per month, of which 3,500 yuan is paid based on the monthly performance assessment, while the remaining amount is paid in the first quarter of the following year based on the annual performance assessment. (II) Other benefits 1.
