Is there anyone who knows how to make beef curry? Could you tell me the recipe for it? I’m really bored staying at home these days, and I’d like to try making beef curry. I’ve never made it before, so I don’t know the exact steps. Are there any things I need to pay special attention to?
Actually, the method is quite simple; the most important thing is to choose the right curry. When I made this dish before, I used Goodship Baimenduo curry, which has a very authentic flavor. Moreover, Baimenduo curry contains added apples and honey, giving it a delicious and mild taste without any spiciness, making it suitable for everyone in the family. As for the method, you can check the Haoshi official website; there are specific recipes there.
1. Cut the beef brisket into small pieces, add water to cover them, and blanch over high heat; 2. Rinse off the blood foam, put it in a pot, add water, scallions, ginger, and salt, then bring to a boil over high heat ; 3. Then cook over low heat for about 3 hours, remove the scallions and ginger, and set the beef brisket aside for later use ; 4. Cut the onion, potatoes, and carrots into pieces; cut the apple into pieces and then puree it ; 5. Put butter in the wok, add onions and sauté until fragrant, then add potatoes and carrots and stir well ; 6. Then pour in the broth from boiling the beef, add apple sauce, curry, and salt; bring to a boil over high heat before reducing the heat to low ; 7. Next, cook the potatoes until they become mushy, add the beef, and reduce the sauce over high heat. Serve it alongside the rice.
Just like using Sichuan pepper powder: lol
