Screenshots of the leaks show Chen Yong, a reporter from the Football Newspaper, among the media outlets that were hired. In response, Chen Yong posted four Weibo updates in the middle of the night; he stated that the claims circulating online alleging that reporters from the Football Newspaper were slandering Tianhai Wantong were false, and that since he was innocent, he had no reason to worry, adding that he had already reported the matter to the Cyber Police Unit of the Jinan Public Security Bureau.
