According to several Italian media outlets, Serie A clubs held a meeting today during which they voted on the date for resuming the league. Between the two proposed dates for resuming play, June 13th and June 20th, the vast majority of teams agreed to restart the league on June 13th. Following the official proposal from Serie A, this date must be submitted for **review, in order to revise the agreements regarding how matches can be resumed amid the pandemic. On March 10, Italian Prime Minister Conte announced in a televised speech a suspension of all sports activities across Italy; as a result of the pandemic, the Serie A league has been on hold to this day.
