Everyone, share your opinions on how we can fundamentally improve our **environmental hygiene.
One must be aware of environmental safety. If there is no awareness of environmental hygiene in one’s mind, can it be reflected in actions?
First, strengthen the legal framework and publicity; second, ensure proper implementation, and impose strict penalties when necessary. Learn from Singapore* by imposing severe penalties and carrying out flogging. That way, there will be no bad behaviors such as spitting everywhere or littering fruit peels.
Increase efforts in publicity and education to improve the overall quality of the population.
