An employee who doesn’t want to be a boss is not a good employee
This proposition actually has a certain element of imposition. For example, if classified by goals, it is generally for the sake of profit. From this perspective, it should be consistent. What workers and employers have in common is the interests of the enterprise. From two perspectives, it turns out to be a competition over one point of interest. But now, it is the market that determines everything, and people are gradually realizing the importance of acting together as one. So this topic is a bit mandatory :)
