How was the TV set in your home purchased (online or from a physical store)? What brand is it, and what is its failure rate? Are you satisfied with the after-sales service?
Physical store, Changhong, no faults, 7-year warranty
Sony, online; don’t watch it very often: L, no problems
Personal Hisense, 6 years. Unit: Hisense; it breaks down once a year, and it has broken down 3 times already.
My TV has been with me for several years; it’s a Skyworth model, and I bought it through someone I know. I’m planning to replace it in the next one or two years, and I might purchase a new one online
TCL 48-inch model bought on Taobao; it’s been 5-6 years and it’s still working fine
