Blue Ocean Group (China Merchants Express) invited Ms. Qian Yifei, an expert in action-based education and one of the pioneers in corporate management training in China, to give a lecture to the company’s employees as part of a training program focused on \"100% commitment to responsibility.\" At the training session, the instructor began by discussing the five principles for outstanding employees: taking responsibility for everything and never making excuses ； Building professional competence ； Set high standards and strict requirements for everything ； Be proactive in everything ； The team comes first in everything. And it profoundly summarized what responsibility is in three sentences—\"No excuses, keep promises, ensure results!\" ” To liven up the atmosphere, the training instructor also organized some warm-up activities for everyone. Everyone engaged in active group discussions on the issue of lack of responsibility, and their sense of responsibility was strengthened as they sought out typical cases. Through the lively explanations and interactions with the participants on site, everyone was highly engaged, leaving a deep impression on them. After the meeting, the Lan’ao trainees all said that this training had made them deeply aware of the importance of responsibility, and it played a very positive role in strengthening their sense of overall situation and sense of responsibility.
