From a statistical perspective, under the traditional reimbursement method, reimbursement data must be entered manually one by one, which makes it difficult for finance departments to keep track of the details of reimbursements and increases the likelihood of errors. Furthermore, the reimbursed expenses cannot be reflected in the company’s real-time account details, which makes it difficult for the company to carry out financial tracking and make budgeting decisions. Generally, cloud expense reimbursement systems allow users to view the breakdown of reimbursement costs by expense type, department, project, employee, etc. Administrators can select a statistical period to analyze the composition of reimbursement expenses over a certain time frame. The analysis results are presented in the form of line charts or pie charts, enabling managers to better understand the company’s overall reimbursement data.
