If you see someone beating someone on the street, would you step in to stop it?
Generally, they won’t meddle in other people’s affairs; if there is serious harm, they might call the police, and if women or children are being harmed, they might step in to stop it. If both parties say they can’t understand the bird language, maybe they’ll just ignore it
To handle such matters, one must first assess whether they have the ability and intelligence to manage them.
A couple of days ago I saw two people fighting and intervened to stop them; if it’s a group fight, one has to call the police
