Official: The AFC Champions League, from the group stage to the semifinals, is held in a tournament format

The AFC officially announced today the schedule and format for the remaining matches of the AFC Champions League. The group stage through the semi-finals will be played in a round-robin format, while the knockout rounds and final will be held using a single-match elimination system; the location of these matches is yet to be determined.
The group stage of Group E in East Asia will take place from October 19 to October 30, the group stage of Group F in East Asia from October 16 to October 31, the group stage of Group G in East Asia from October 17 to November 1, and the group stage of Group H in East Asia from October 17 to November 1. AFC Asian Cup East Zone Group E: Beijing Guoan (China), Chiangrai United (Thailand), Melbourne Victory (Australia), Seoul FC (South Korea). Group F: Ulsan Hyundai (South Korea), Shanghai Shenhua (China), Perth Glory (Australia), Tokyo FC (Japan). Group G: Kobe Victory Ship (Japan), Suwon Samsung (South Korea), Guangzhou Evergrande (China), Johor DT (Malaysia). Group H: Sydney FC (Australia), Yokohama Marinos (Japan), Jeonbuk Hyundai (South Korea), Shanghai SIPG (China)
