The power supply voltage fluctuates significantly; there are frequency converters or strong magnetic field interference in the vicinity, and the grounding wire is incorrect. Solution: Provide a stable power supply to the instrument, install it away from frequency converters and strong magnetic field interference, and ensure it has a proper grounding wire. 2. No display upon power on Check whether the power supply specifications match those specified for the instrument, and whether the fuse is blown. If none of these issues exist, it is recommended to send the instrument back to our company so that our technical staff can conduct an inspection. 3. Is the signal of the external clamp-type flow meter low? The pipe diameter is too large, the pipes are severely scaled, or the installation method chosen is incorrect. The fluid fluctuations themselves are large ； Solution: Adjust the probe position to increase the signal strength (keep it above 3%) and ensure its stability. If the fluid has significant fluctuations, the current position is not suitable; select a new location to meet the requirements for the first 10D and the subsequent 5D periods. 6. Does the signal of the plug-in probe decrease after being used for a while? The probe may be misaligned or have thick scale on its surface.
