A pressure pipeline project was designed, which involved the renovation of steam pipelines. We submitted the drawings to the pressure vessel inspection agency to obtain approval for commencement of work, but later we were told that it wasn’t possible; all drawings needed to have the pressure pipeline stamp on them (currently, we put the stamp on the pipeline layout diagrams and the index). It doesn’t seem like there was any requirement stating that every single drawing must be stamped. What should we do if the stamping isn’t necessary but the inspection agency insists on it?
Indeed, all drawings related to pressure pipelines must be stamped with the design firm’s qualification seal; basically, the entire set of piping diagrams should be stamped! These mainly include: general table of contents, general layout plan of process piping, piping schedule, design specifications, and various process piping diagrams ； Furthermore, when notifying the installation of pressure pipelines, the construction party must also provide the corresponding single-line diagrams so that the installation inspection department can carry out inspections.

But the design permission rules only mention the catalog and layout plans, right? If it’s a large project, hundreds or thousands of approvals are required, and registration is also necessary. How does one go about carrying out that registration?

Why do some projects use a cover for each one, while others don’t? How does it vary depending on the differences?
What is truly sensitive are the pipelines of GC1; the drawings for the pipelines of GC2 and GC3 in our project lack official seals, and the special inspection agency has not given any feedback either
Do changes, axonometric drawings, and pipe section lists all require the pressure pipeline design seal?
