I am working on the completion documents for a long-distance pipeline; it’s my first time doing this, and no one has told me how to do it, nor do I know if what I’m doing is correct. Although the owner (CNOOC) provided forms for the completion documents, it did not give any instructions on how to fill them out. I suppose the completion document forms for CNPC and Sinopec are similar. Could some more experienced seniors give some advice? Thank you!
