According to the relevant competition regulations, the Champions League seed teams are composed of the champion of last season’s Champions League, the winner of the Europa League, and the champions of the leagues with the highest UEFA coefficients. Since the teams that reached the Champions League final, Bayern and Paris, have already secured seed status through their domestic leagues, the eight seeded teams for next season will be composed of the UEFA Europa League champion and the champions of the top seven leagues according to UEFA’s coefficient ranking.
