Today, I’m sharing the recipe for honey-barbecued pork. Ingredients: pork, 4 cloves of garlic, 3 grams of cooking wine, 50 milliliters of barbecued pork sauce. Instructions: 1. Cut the pork into pieces and soak them in cold water for 1 hour to remove excess blood, then drain the water and set aside. 2. Gently pound the drained pork with the back of a knife or poke a few holes in it using toothpicks to help the flavors penetrate during marinating. 3. Place the pork, barbecued pork sauce, cooking wine, and crushed garlic cloves into a sealed container. 4. Wear disposable gloves, mix all the ingredients together, then cover the container and refrigerate it for at least one night to allow the flavors to infuse. 5. Preheat the oven; place the baking rack in the middle position. Put a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil underneath to catch any juices that drip during cooking. Place the pork on the baking rack and brush its surface with more barbecued pork sauce. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. 6. After 25 minutes, turn the pork over and brush its surface with another layer of barbecued pork sauce. 7. Continue baking at 200 degrees Celsius for another 20 minutes. 8. Once the pork is cooked, let it cool down before slicing it and serving it
