Convenient, with relatively low risk of harm.
Why do people gather together and then run red lights! Some issues have to wait until education really keeps up! Only by being conscious can it be solved!
Starting education from a young age is right too; it won’t stop me from running red lights with my electric bike anyway. You can’t just break in; that’s the next generation’s job. The law does not punish the masses because the idea that it is beneficial to break the rules has taken root in people’s minds, leading to a consensus.
Electric humans are neither motor vehicles nor purely non-motor vehicles, so they can use all roads.
