On the control interface, SV is the set value, PV is the measured value, and MV is a percentage (%%). What does this MV mean?
In a single-loop system, MV represents the opening degree of the control valve.

Thank you to all the Hai friends for your enthusiastic replies, which confirmed my guess. I think the valve opening degree is determined by the control method used in the control system and the characteristics of the valve itself, right? In a single circuit, MV represents the valve opening degree; what about in multiple circuits?
MV stands for valve opening degree, and it is sometimes also denoted by OP
MV represents the size of the output valve position of that regulator; for a single-loop system, it refers to the degree of opening of the control valve
PV: Measured value, SV: Set value, MV: Valve output value
OP is the valve opening degree; we use a Honeywell system here
PV: Measured value SV: Set value MV: Output value (if it is sent to a control valve, it represents the opening degree of that valve; the range is generally 0~100%); If it is for the regulator, then it is the set value of the secondary regulator)
I agree with what the other sea friends have said. What is a typical value for the opening degree? Please, let an expert tell me.
