Now that you have graduated and entered the workforce, you must be working for a few years by now. Surely they have signed more than one labor contract, right? Has the employer signed an open-ended contract (lifetime contract) with you?
On June 15, 2020, the expiration date of my 8-year contract, I renewed my contract for an indefinite period with several colleagues in the large meeting room; before I knew it, I had been working at the company for 13 years. After signing a lifetime contract, one truly becomes intertwined with the organization for mutual prosperity; the more successful the organization is, the greater my benefits will be, ensuring a comfortable retirement years later.
