It is recommended to use the second one; however, the first one can also be used as a reference. The standard that should be applied in the drawings is still GB50341-2003, after all, it is the **standard**.
Designed in accordance with GB50341; however, where SH3046 has stricter requirements than GB50341, those requirements shall apply
Both can be used; at the standard level, the GB standard represents the minimum requirement, while industry standards may be higher than national standards. The GB standard is titled “Design Code for Vertical Cylindrical Welded Steel Oil Tanks,” while SH is called “Design Code for Vertical Cylindrical Welded Steel Storage Tanks in the Petrochemical Industry.” Personally, I think the name of the SH standard is more scientific; although GB specifies that it can be applied to other types of media, the term “oil tanks” gives the impression of a certain limitation. I think petrochemical standards should be used
Currently, 50341 is commonly used, as well as API650; 3046 is rather outdated, and it isn’t used in the design of some large storage tanks, such as those with a capacity of 100,000
What about GB50128-2005? Why isn’t it used?
