What would you do if one day you helped someone up, and they sued you, claiming that you knocked them down?

Such acts of “helping someone up” are really not advisable. There is a possibility that if the injured bones and muscles are not properly treated, they may become displaced ； In cases of fainting related to heart and blood vessel problems, helping the person up can worsen the condition; this is a physical principle. If you fall victim to fraud, it will be you who suffers physically and mentally. If things go wrong, one might even have to bear legal responsibility, which is something one cannot afford or take on. The term “help to get up” is problematic in itself; it would be more accurate to use “provide assistance” instead. Help is necessary, but it must be provided in the right way; that’s how I see it.
It’s best not to rush to help in such cases; providing telephone assistance is sufficient.

If there is surveillance or witnesses, then it’s best to act out of kindness, without worrying about the consequences. 2. If there is no surveillance or witnesses, then it’s simpler to just add a couple of kicks (if wearing leather shoes).
……The Nanjing Pengyu case and other similar ones… are great examples of this; the real-world circumstances are what they are, and it’s difficult to make decisions after considering everything involved :)
Whether it helps or not, call the police first.
