Bonuses are given back-to-back; do you want to find out how much others have received and make comparisons?
They will ask around, but how many will reveal their actual income?

Suspicion undermines unity, especially regarding the bonuses created by a team; if their distribution is not transparent or fair, it can lead to significant conflicts. It needs to be made public
It mainly depends on the leader; if the leader is honest and prepares a clear bonus distribution table, it helps to avoid mutual suspicion. If not, then it’s a different matter……
