A chemical company with three to four hundred employees – not a single person can be freed up for major repairs. What are they all busy doing?
It’s not that no one can pull people out; it’s just that you don’t have the authority to do so: lol. If a certain boss speaks, then things will take on more weight.
Wages aren’t enough to afford a house; tuition is unaffordable; when sick, one can’t afford medical treatment
All the responsibilities and tasks of the functional departments have been delegated; those who are assigned to these tasks are extremely busy, while those who aren’t are just as idle. The situation below is almost explosive, yet those at the top continue to live in comfort and ease.
