From afar, a hospital looks like paradise; up close, it resembles a bank. Once inside the hospital, it’s like being in a prison – it’s better to prevent illness in advance. Health is an intangible asset; health care is like money in a bank account; illness is the repayment of loans, and serious diseases can drive one into bankruptcy. Do not take these words as a joke; by the time it happens, it will be too late to regret. I’d rather stay standing and take care of myself than lie down and get deceived! If you don’t take care of your health, you’ll end up paying doctors; if you don’t focus on health maintenance, you’ll have to rely on hospitals! To love your family, you must first love yourself; loving yourself is true foresight!
