Problems with axonometric drawing annotations

It’s a weird egg-shaped object; the axonometric diagram indicates that the text is tilted by 30 degrees (-30 degrees), but the dimension lines are not parallel to the pipeline in the same plane. What’s going on here?
There must be an issue with your CAD file or system files. Reinstall the system or CAD and see. When making the annotations, were they drawn in an orthographic view? ?
Still not possible. Is there any other way?

There are all kinds of responses, but no legend – it’s so difficult!
