Then the current in the electrolyzer was reduced, yet once the pressure dropped again, increasing the current caused the pressure to rise once more. Could you be more specific? Before compression or after compression?
It’s possible that the pipeline is blocked or the valve isn’t fully open; venting to stabilize pressure.
Based on your situation, there might be an issue with the chlorine balance, as the pressures at various points returned to normal after the current was reduced.
Compressed pressure. The final solution is to reduce the current, operate the cell at a lower current level, and then start another blast furnace. Various departments have their own opinions on the method of starting up the blast furnace. There is too much liquid chlorine produced for hydrogen chloride production. Danger: the vinyl chloride workshop at the back is not operational. The amount in the blast furnace is not large either. Do any of you have any other better suggestions?
