Electronic devices/Try to limit the time spent using TVs, computers, smartphones, tablets, and other electronic toys. One should not ignore vision problems just because the child is busy playing.
A couple of days ago, at the Welsh Pool Championship, the commentator mentioned this issue as well. It is said that those who have played billiards since childhood hardly ever suffer from myopia. Regularly adjusting the visual distance helps prevent myopia.
Electronic products are a major factor. Parents should control the amount of time their children spend using electronic devices. Take children outdoors for exercise more often. These days, many parents spend the whole day lying at home watching videos on their phones; they can’t even control themselves – how can they expect their children to develop good habits?
