Does this figure include minors?
I’ve been thinking about this too; I guess it’s not included: lol
I got married at 30, which was considered quite late back then. These days, there are many girls and guys who aren’t in a hurry to get married at 30 – times have changed……
Things are different now from before; there are many singles these days. Moreover, many people feel that they can afford to have children but not to support them, so they dare not get married. . . .
So after I retire, can I work part-time as a matchmaker?
What percentage of the population is under 20 years old? Is someone who has been married and then divorced considered single? Does it count if an elderly person loses a spouse? I guess if we exclude those, there aren’t many singles left?
You also forgot to include pseudo-single people.
