The tubes of the tubular liquid chlorine vaporizer are made from special materials that can decompose nitrogen trichloride, so there is no need to worry about excessive levels of nitrogen trichloride.
Liquid chlorine is completely vaporized as it passes through the tubular vaporizer; nitrogen trichloride is vaporized along with the liquid chlorine. There is no process of liquid chlorine concentration, so waste discharge need not be considered.
In addition to the method mentioned on the 4th floor, the vaporization temperature can be increased, as nitrogen trichloride decomposes at 90 degrees.
