Do you think young people should prioritize money when looking for a job?

Employers consider what you can do for the company, and how much potential you have through training and education; it’s difficult. Those who are employed focus on having as much income as possible, and rarely consider what they can do for the company. To the point that the development of a company, and its future growth, are very difficult to predict. For those who work, it is important to choose an employer that allows them to work for well-known companies, where they can learn a proper and standardized corporate culture, find a position that suits them, have opportunities for growth, and be able to showcase their abilities. As for income, it’s best not to consider it. Because apart from a prestigious degree, there’s not much else to use as leverage when negotiating terms with employers. Only after some time of experience should one consider income, because at that point there is an intangible asset known as work experience. It’s only now that I realize I’ve been deceived: who said there’s no difference between high and low status in jobs? ;P I want to swap roles with the person who said that. If that’s not possible, then at least a salary increase would work!
