Check the spare parts, components, and connectors for any signs of breakage, corrosion, poor sealing, defects, or deformation. 4. Inspection of warm wells. Check the rust and installation condition of the temperature well; there should be no obvious visible defects. The verification of the measurement performance of Yokogawa temperature transmitters can be carried out in two ways: without a sensor and with a sensor. 1. Inspection without sensors: Disconnect the sensing elements of the transmitter, such as thermal resistors and thermocouples, and use an inspection device along with a standard resistance source to calibrate the signal conversion part of the transmitter separately. 2. Sensor-based calibration: Insert the sensing part of the transmitter into a standard temperature source, and adjust the standard temperature input to calibrate the transmitter’s output current.
